Can I change my order after I've placed it?

We do not encourage changes to be made to the order after you have placed and confirmed it. This can cause confusion on our part which might delay or mix up your orders and our inventory system. However, if it is absolutely necessary, you can send us an email stating your request and also the reason for changing your order.

Please note that all paid and confirmed orders are non-refundable unless we are unable to produce the items you have placed in your order to you.
