If your order have been paid and confirmed by us already, it cannot be cancelled nor changed.

Unpaid Orders

For cancellation of order(s), please reply to the email which you have received which contained the details of the order you have placed with us, stating the subject of the email to 'Request for Cancellation of Order' if you wish to cancel your order.
For changing of order(s), please email us to let us know and we will void/cancel your order and we will need you to reorder from our site again.
