Ordering

Please use our shopping cart function to order online. Payment details (including shipping charges) and instructions will be forwarded to you in an email upon receiving your order. Orders are held open for 3 business days and will be processed only after your payment has been received and cleared.

Note that all prices on Style with Passionz website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and we only accept payment in SGD currency.

All prices shown are fixed and in the Singapore currency (SGD). Where discounts are given, nett prices of the items will be displayed.

Shipping

• Orders usually are processed and packed for shipping within 21 days from payment. (for direct EMS shipping from Korea, lead time is usually within 5-10 working days)
• Once an order package has been delivered to the postal carrier, the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and we are no longer liable. We are not responsible for postal transit times, which are provided by the carrier, and may vary with package origin and destination, especially during peak periods.
• We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in the postal process.
• Please make sure you feel comfortable with these terms before placing your order, as no replacements and no refunds can be made if an order is lost or damaged while in transit.

Shipping (Singapore)

For shipping within Singapore, all items are mailed out via either Singpost's standard or registered mail service. We highly recommend registering your parcels as we are not liable for lost and damaged parcels.
We do not offer in person pickups or meet-ups.

Singpost Registered: Do note that someone will need to sign for the package upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.

Shipping (International/Overseas)

International shipping is via via EMS shipping services from Korea. An EMS tracking number will be provided and you can track your shipping status online here.
For exact shipping charges, you can partially go through the check-out process by adding items to the shopping cart and clicking on the 'Checkout' button. Your order is not submitted until you click on the 'Submit Order' button at the end of the checkout process!

All shipping rates are according to the Korea Post EMS shipping rate. Rates shown are discounted Korea Post EMS shipping rates.

Shipping rates for Region 2 and 4 is currently not configured in our system. Please note that we only configured shipping rates up to 10kg in our system, if you are unable to checkout due to insufficient shipping rates information, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue as fast as we can.

EMS Shipping: Do note that someone will need to sign for the package upon delivery. We are unable to retrieve all global shipping packages that are left unclaimed for more than 10 business days after dispatched.
